My
#goal for the last 3 weeks! I have totally revamped my diet! All my
muscles are coming back, and more defined than before! Ask me how I did
it! LOVE dance, CrossFit and great healthy home-cooked meals. They keep me in shape, active and alert.
What
a typical food day looks like for me now! YUM! Trust me, I LOVE
great tasting food, always have! And eating healthy does not mean
sacrificing that. All the above is spiced to perfection. And with
LOT of PEPPERS! I love hot food!
The result? Yup! Worth it. I will post another pic in 2 weeks - legs smaller
and my tummy tighter. This picture was
taken in the summer, about a year and a half after I started eating healthier, CrossFitting
and dancing more. Now, I have been on
and off CF and my healthy eating ways, but I generally eat pretty healthy. 3 weeks ago I embarked on a 99% 21-Day Paleo
Cleanse with my CF gym in Allen, TX – CrossFit FX TX. Have I had moments of weakness? You bet ya!
But you better believe I was back at the gym and the studio the very
next day. Overall, I have stayed very
true to it! All my cardio is from
dance. It’s such a blessing to be able
to do what I love and gain so much from it!
